Custom Formed Elements: One or more rod heating elements are shaped as per the application and cast into solid aluminum or iron blocks.
Machined Finish: The cast block is supplied with a smooth, machined finish to ensure excellent thermal contact and durability.
Integrated Components: Options to incorporate flat or shaped castings, fixing holes, and thermostats based on application requirements.
Protected Terminals: Terminals are securely housed and protected with a dedicated terminal cover for safety and reliability.
Optional Fittings: Terminal housings, scraping earth sockets, or Reyrolle plug arrangements available on request.
