Ideal for heating water, oils, acids, tars, waxes, and paraffin in storage tanks, process tanks, and containers. Available with sheath materials like stainless steel (304, 316, 310), lead bonded, glass, silica, mild steel, and titanium to suit specific needs.Design Features
Horizontal Mounting: Easy to install with replaceable heating elements.Robust Construction: General-purpose models come with 1″ to 2.5″ BSPT heads; heavy-duty versions with a 6″ mounting flange.

Technical Specifications
General-Purpose Models: 1 5/8″ nickel-plated brass sheath, lengths from 16″ to 36″.Heavy-Duty Models: 2″–2.5″ mild steel or optional SS/glass/titanium sheaths; lengths from 12″ to 96″.
Power Range: 5 to 15 watts/in², suitable for single or three-phase supply.
Temperature Control: Thermostat range of 30–90°C, with higher ranges available using contactors.
