Nickel-Chrome Resistance Wire
A helically wound wire is sandwiched between mica layers to generate uniform heat when powered.
Durable Metal Sheath
A stainless steel or aluminized steel casing protects the internal elements and distributes heat evenly across the surface.
Optional Ceramic Fiber Insulation
Some variants come with extra insulation for better energy efficiency and reduced heat loss.
